![]() By watching the sticks you can learn how they do the 3d maneuvers. On the target computer, copy ClearViewSetupNNN. Installation: - Download the ClearView using the link above and save to a known folder, then copy to a memory stick or burn on a CD. If you have friends that can fly helis, they can record a flying session and on the playback you can enable showing the transmitter. Specially designed to work in all modern Windows versioins. >Is it possible to Use the RADD's flight school training on this simulator? If you want to try without governor, select "Advanced setup" and turn the governor off. That means, when the RPM reach 40% of the max RPM, the governot takes control and keeps the head speed constant. Keep in mind, that almost all of the helis use a governor and the governor by default is on. It your Idle Up is off, the main blades should stop when you close the throttle. >How about the controls, if I pull the Throttle down should the blade stop spinning? or just slow down? The smaller the heli is, harder is to fly. After you master Raptor 60 go to TRex or Blade CP Pro and then to Blade CP Move to Raptor60 where the ground handling is much more realistic (harder) and where the asymmetrical tail torque simulation make it harder (and more realistic) to hover.ĥ. Slowly, as your confidence grow, up the time scale to 100% (real time).Ĥ. The next step will be Raptor60Easy with the Time Scale Wizard set to 75% to slow the time down so you have time to react.ģ. ![]() It is very easy but will teach you the basic controls.Ģ. Having said that, if you start from scratch, I would suggest this sequence:ġ. For total beginer, it will be easier to learn (in ClearView) on Blade CP Pro than on the normal Blade CP. The Blade CP Pro in the ClearView is with heading hold gyro and because of that is somewhat easier to fly than with normal rate gyro. Practising at home with the same Tx you use at the field is handy.>What settings should I configure the simulator to for a Stock Blade CP Pro out of the box? PS always have your controller or Tx started up first - CV will boot and run without it but mine defaults to the throttle wide open so it's inconvenient and noisy until the Tx is ready. It takes mine at least 30 seconds to start up, it's not so much CV itself but the Java and the 3D stuff for Java sub-system that has to initialise. They are created by experienced users all over the world. I really wish there was a Linux version.ĭid you ever get this working on Linux? I never got very far with Linux but I was under the impression that since CV's written in Java you should be able to make it work. There are many excellent free models for ClearView that you can download and use. After a reinstall of Vista I found my activation key would not work (only works once to control piracy I guess) but thanks to the excellent customer service at CV I was able to get up and running again, thanks Stefan. Even rebooting didn't work, the 2 frozen screens popped back up. Anyway I clicked again and got 2 CV screens, both frozen and could not be closed. Mainly I use Linux and am used to instant loading of programs. Import your own flying field or RC model. Many RC planes and helicopter models included. I believe it's a Vista bug but when I clicked on CV nothing seemed to be happening. Create 3d replicas of your own RC models and fly them in ClearView - it is as challenging and rewarding as building a new RC model from scratch High quality RC flight simulator for radio controlled models. I created unified flight model that works for any flying model, be it plane, heli, auto gyro, vtol, multi prop hover platform etc. I just got my paid version of CV this week and am running it on Vista - 32bit. RC Flight Simulator Software - ClearView - new flight model - I have completely re-written the flight model for helicopters and planes in ClearView.
